"Home start was worth it"
My car wouldn’t start on the drive just before work, so I had to use my Green Flag cover for the first time. i was impressed. The guy turned up quicker than I thought he would, got the car going, and didn’t make me feel silly about it at all. It turned out to be the battery, and he explained it in a really straightforward way. Really pleased with the service, the home start cover did exactly what I needed it to, and it felt like good value when it actually mattered.

"Good communication overall"
Green Flag were good when I needed help. I got a few texts with updates, and the person I spoke to on the phone explained it all clearly without making it confusing. The only reason I’d give 4 stars is that the first wait time estimate changed a bit, so I wasn’t totally sure when they’d get there. But overall, they kept me in the loop and it was fine.

It got me home in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. Not the smoothest experience, though I guess it worked out

"ETA was bang on"
Had to call Green Flag when my car wouldn’t start outside work, which is always the last thing you need. The app said 45 minutes and, unlike a lot of breakdown or delivery-style services where you’re left staring down the road wondering, the driver showed up pretty much exactly on time, maybe even a couple of minutes early.
that took a lot of the stress out of it. The guy who came out was friendly, didn’t make a fuss, and had me going again quickly. Compared with some stories you hear from other people waiting ages with no updates, I was really happy with how smooth it all was

"They sorted it in the end"
I had an issue that needed sorting, and to be fair, they did get it resolved in the end. The only frustrating part was the slow replies, I found myself waiting longer than I expected between messages. Overall, I’m glad it got fixed, but the communication could definitely be quicker.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve used Green Flag a couple of times now and they’ve been reliable. The last call-out did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but the driver was friendly, helpful, and got me back on the road. The app wasn’t no hassle either, easy to use. It’s not perfect, but it’s not nothing I’d complain too much about, overall I’m happy with the service

"Really came through for me"
I broke down on the way home, i was expecting to be stuck there for ages because I tend to assume these things always take forever. But Green Flag showed up quicker than I thought. The driver was friendly, seemed to really know his stuff, and got my car towed without any drama. I’m probably a bit biased because they helped me out when I was stressed, but I was genuinely really grateful. They made a horrible night a lot easier

It did take a little while to arrive, but to be fair my cottage is remote. Everything showed up in good shape, so I’m happy with it overall and would recommend it if you don’t mind waiting a bit for delivery

I needed a courtesy car sorted and they got it done really fast, which was a big relief. I’d only popped in thinking it might take ages, and I had a few errands to run afterwards, so it was nice not having to rearrange my whole day. Really straightforward and hassle-free.

I don’t remember every little detail, but the partner garage was decent overall. They got the issue fixed quicker than I expected, and I don’t recall having any real complaints. All in all, a smooth enough experience.

I did eventually get my refund, which I appreciate, and the issue was resolved in the end. That said, I had to follow up a few times to get things moving, which was a bit frustrating. Still, I’m glad they honored the refund and got it sorted

I had to ring Green Flag because I got a bit muddled with my cover details. I’ll be honest, I was half expecting them to rush me or try and steer me into something extra, but the lady I spoke to was really patient. She explained everything clearly without making me feel silly, and it was all sorted within a few minutes. She stayed friendly the whole time too, which made a big difference. Nice to actually speak to someone who seems like they genuinely want to help...

"Pretty impressed, honestly"
Broke down on the way home, which is exactly the kind of nonsense you do not need after a long day. I was fully expecting to be stuck there forever, getting more annoyed by the minute, but Green Flag actually showed up way quicker than I thought they would. The guy was friendly, didn’t make a big drama out of it, and just got me sorted. It ended up being way less stressful than I’d built it up in my head to be. can’t really complain about the response time at all.

Booking was really easy and didn’t take long at all. I just chose the cover I wanted, added my details, and paid without any hassle. The site worked fine on my phone too, which is always a plus. it just felt straightforward and trustworthy from the start — no messing about.

"Ruined my plans, but they did sort it out"
I had an issue with a call-out and wasn’t happy at all at first. It messed up my plans for the day, which was really frustrating because I’d arranged everything around it. It took a couple of emails and longer than I thought it should have, but they did eventually get back to me and dealt with the complaint fairly. Not perfect service by any means, but I’ll give them credit for actually listening in the end...

"Simple to use, but I got a bit wary after paying"
The app is nice and simple, and I was able to find everything quickly. I’ll admit though, after I made the payment I started feeling a little unsure and kept wondering if everything would actually go through properly. So far it seems okay, but that moment definitely made me a bit cautious
